Hereford is the brand specializing in canned meat from the food group COVI . The creation of this French group dates from 1961 . British province and the cattle breed of the same name. It offers several products beef-based, four corned beef in different formats. I bought the smallest box sold under the Hereford brand, containing 200g of the preparation. It has a somewhat truncated pyramidal shape and is made of recyclable steel. From the front we can see three distinct color areas. The name of the mark is at the top in a red band. Below, on a black band, there is a picture of the head of the ox, "ribbons" extolling the product and the net weight. The last zone, orange-yellow, simply displays the name "Corned Beef".
