To Prepare, Completely thaw to room temperature and allow to ferment in a warm dark place for four to six hours or until you notice air bubbles. Then add a quarter teaspoon of baking powder, a cup of water (250ml) and mix to desired consistency. Ready to fry. Makes up to 20 or more medium sized Masa. Enjoy!
